Nope at all . :D I suggest Batman can't take a guy who's got as much weapons as him, a super-strengh and a super-agility , and who's really smart .
But from now, I admit that this would be a tough fight, for both of them : Goblin is too arrogant sometimes, and he can underestimate his foes, while Batman would come accross an unusual crazy man too .

Kinda like if the Joker attacked the punisher and stole all his high tech equipment (not that the punisher dresses like a goblin but you get my point)
