Well, the DC Legacy sketch cards have hit eBay, so I guess it's time to show some off.
I drew these cards earlier this year, before I drew the Star Wars 30th Anniversary cards. The first 50 of my 100 were drawn in a style that I felt was a throwback to what I'd done on the Avengers cards . . . in other words, I felt like I had gone backwards. When I received my Star Wars cards, I took a break from the DC set and tried to get back into my drawing groove. When I was finished with Star Wars, I had little time to devote to the remaining DC cards so I had to do them all very fast. Oddly enough, they ended up being my favorite cards, even though they were very sketchy and most were not even in color. Of course, I didn't have time to scan any of them, so the following cards are from the first batch.
Hopefully, you'll like them more than I do.
Drawn with Micron Pens and colored with Prismacolor markers.
