Is..that...Angel? If it is,why is he with the dark x-men? Also,who's the dude in the red?

NO! That's Mimic! He has the powers of all the original X-Men, he hasn't really been used in any comics despite having potential to be great character (I know this answer comes pretty late but as a kind of a fan of the character I think it's important to spread Mimic awareness)
