This piece features Padme Amidala from "Attack of the Clones". It measures 9x12 inches and was drawn on Strathmore cold press 100lb paper with Micron pens and Prismacolor markers.
You can watch a recording of me coloring most of this piece here: [link]
The thing I like the most about this piece is her both seductive and thoroughly relaxed pose. Also, her expression makes it think she merely noticed a hungry Nexu is trying to get its claws on her (who wouldn't?! O_O).
Even so, I have but one criticism: she looks a bit too skinny. But that might just be me.
If I were to invent a new word to describe this art, I'd go for "badassome". It's badass and awesome at the same time.
Padme's got a chain, and she's not afraid to use it or loose the rest of her outfit tryin'- great work! --- "I love comic books and I love anime. Its kind of like being in a crack house with no money.- Samuel L. Jackson
She can kick ass and look good at the same time.
Sad about her in Star Wars III
