It seems odd to me that it wouldn't be included, as it was part of the theatrical release. Are you sure it's not one the DVD? It's at the very end, AFTER the final credit roll (not the animated credits before the Thanos cameo).

I'm wrong about it not being on the international release of the DVD, according to uk.imdb.com. I know that as far as featurettes go all the regular international release got was "A Visual Journey".
